About Goodwill

Goodwill is a network of 161 autonomous, community organizations that sell material donations and use the revenue to create important job placement opportunities and job training to help people find employment, earn paychecks and build their skills. Each local Goodwill organization helps people receive customized training and services in order for them to secure and maintain employment, pursue credentials or degrees, and strengthen finances in order to create better futures for themselves and their families. Goodwill organizations provide services to people transitioning back into society, youth, older workers, people with disabilities and disadvantages, and anyone facing challenges to finding employment.
